New Ferretti-Riva headquarters
New Ferretti-Riva headquarters in La Spezia encloses different construction technologies, combining concrete, steel, and prefabricated elements. The building consists of two reinforced concrete buildings, which rest on a foundation slab on piles, deep in the sea water.
A 50-meters-long steel tunnel, cantilevered for 6 meters from the concrete structure, used as offices, connects the two blocks.
The launching area of the yachts between the two blocks is covered by a mixed structure of precast concrete and steel elements.
An extension of the complex is planned with Block A, which will be built with the same characteristics.
We took care of the structural part of the project done by MMAA – Studio Manfroni & Associati Srl, while the construction site was carried out by Garc SpA.
