This integrated precast concrete system consists in an earthquake tolerant insulated exoskeleton completed by windows. The proposed system reduces energy gain and provides an integrated mechanical ventilation system. The starting point is an accurate Survey and Assessment of the existing building.

Thanks to BIM technology, it is possible to produce 70/90% of the elements in the factory, and consequently costs and time are reduced. In addition, the quality, precision and safety of work are improved as well as avoiding interference between the various disciplines. It’s very useful for large and medium residential, hospitality and school buildings. This system allows diverse architectural choices for external finishes, as well as permitting a wide range of panel dimensions.
